Terms of Service

By purchasing any of my services you confirm that you read and agreed with my terms of service.Violating the terms of service will result in the termination of commission and blacklisting from any future purchases.I have the rights to decline your commission after receiving your note/references.

Order & Payment

USD Payments only through invoices with Paypal.
I'm not doing payments plans at the moment.
After deciding the product send me a note with:★ The type of product you choose;
★ Visual and written references;
★ E-mail for invoice and delivery of the finished product;
★ Confirmation that you read and agreed with the T.O.S.Once I confirm that I'm available to do the requested work I will send the Paypal invoice.
The client must pay within 48h otherwise the order will be canceled.
When the payment is made I will send the confirmation and start working on the product.

Updates & Deadlines

All the updates will be sent in the client's desired contact choice.
There will be three mainly updates:
★ Sketch
★ Color
★ Touch-Ups
You have the right to ask for changes between these steps. However, if you ask for changes too many times, I reserve the right to ask for extra payment.I will send the updates when I think the progress is good enough to share.I prioritize quality over time. Do not request a work from me if you will rush to receive the updates and the finished product.The estimated time for a piece to be completed is around 1 week to 3 months.Once your commission is finished and confirmed by you, you don’t have the right to ask for more changes.I will send through the invoice e-mail the digital product. Note that there is no physical products available.

Refunds & Reposts

Refunds are done if I didn't start to work on your commission or I'm the one cancelling your order. So be sure when you request a product.Once the piece is finished, a refund will not be given.If a scam refund/chargeback is issued, all the rights for the particular adoptable, character design, or other type of commission automatically go back to me and you'll be forbidden to order any other product.I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.

You have the right to use the completed artwork anywhere you want including avatars, banners, wallpapers, etc, as long you're not using the artwork commercially.You don’t have the right to use the completed artwork commercially, including making prints, stickers, etc. However, you have the right to print it for your personal use or as a gift.You must give proper credit when you share the product.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. I will include the commissioner name/credits.
